RETURN/REFUND POLICY
All products and services sold through the website are customized for the customer and therefore sales are final. If you believe you placed an order by mistake or for a quantity in error, reach us within three business days using the Contact Form and/or phone numbers on Contact Us page, and we will gladly reverse the charge.
DELIVERY TIMING/METHOD
Depending on product purchased, this time may range from five business days to twenty business days. Some of the product deliveries requires information from customer institution to embed in the App or access to client systems to be provided by the customer and the timelines are dependent on customer providing this information.
All services and software is electronically delivered to the user. Depending on the product, it is delivered through a link to a website, PlayStore and App Store or through access to customer portal.
SHIPPING
No physical disks shall be provided. All products are e-delivered.

When you send a contact form to us, your information is saved by us. Your name and email address will be used to inform you regarding new services, releases, upcoming events and changes in this Privacy Policy Statement. MembershipAnywhere, its parent, its subsidiary and divisions will have access to any information that you may provide as part of setup of your institution on our Service, use and cancellation of Service. We post institutional user testimonials on our website and marketing materials. These may be specific testimonials or extracts from email or other communications with customer organization’s users. However your personal names or email or phone that you provide, will never be used in those testimonials/marketing. You may opt out by informing us in writing of your intention to not be quoted in our website or marketing materials.
Usage Details
Your and your customers’ usage details such as time, frequency, duration and pattern of use, features used and the amount of storage used will be recorded and analyzed by us. However this information is never rented or sold or shared with third parties.
Contents of your User Account
As an institution receiving Service from us, your files and data may remain on servers even after deletion or termination of your user account or service. We may retain and use your Personal Information and data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our rights.
Payment Information
In case of Services requiring payment, you may be sent a link to pay by card. That information you fill in to pay, is not stored by us. However that information may be stored in encrypted form by Payment Gateway Service Provider.

We use the Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, referring URL, files accessed, errors generated, time zone, operating system and other visitor details collected in our log files to analyze the trends, administer the website, track visitor’s movements and to improve our website.
